Customers’ personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • purchase-related information, such as details of purchased products and services, as well as necessary information related to payments, invoicing, and debt collection

  • information related to customer communications, including possible call recordings

  • feedback and complaints, including information related to defects and product liability

  • browsing data and other information related to the use of the data controller’s electronic services and content, including technical data sent by the data subject’s browser to the data controller’s server (IP address, browser type) and cookies sent to the data subject’s browser and related data, insofar as cookies are linked to personal data

  • marketing and sales promotion-related information, such as marketing actions targeted at the data subject, their use, information provided in connection with them, as well as direct marketing consents and prohibitions

6. Regular Sources of Data

Personal data is regularly obtained from the data subject themselves, for example when the data subject participates in the data controller’s marketing activities.

Data may also be obtained via the data controller’s online store or other electronic services, in which case data may also be collected using cookies or similar technologies.

Personal data may also be collected and updated from other registers of the data controller and companies belonging to the same group at any given time, as well as from authorities and companies providing personal data services, such as the population information system and other similar registers.

7. Regular Disclosure of Data and Transfer Outside the EU or EEA

Personal data may only be disclosed within the limits permitted and required by applicable legislation.

The data controller may disclose personal data to carefully selected partners of the data controller for marketing purposes, unless the data subject has prohibited such disclosure. In addition, the data controller may transfer data to its own direct marketing register after the end of a legitimate relationship.

Manually stored materials containing personal data are kept in locked premises.

Right of Access, Prohibition, and Rectification
